Okies, so I've been frantically looking for somewhere to live the past few days. Went and viewed some horrific places (one apartment didn't have a floor in the living room and the 'kitchen' looked like it had been pieced together with stuff off a skip that had been left in the rain too long).

My problem is twofold: i) I have a lot of furniture ii) my kitteh

I could, technically, move into a student house or young profs houseshare, but I need to find someone who'll take my cat on board, and would probably have to give away most of my furniture. Not easy.
So, I've basically narrowed my latest viewings to two options. The first is a houseshare with one other guy in a really nice house that's owned by a really nice lady who I kinda know through dancing. Its fully furnished so I'd have to chuck most of my stuff, but there's loads of storage and apparently the guy is hardly ever there so I'd pretty much have the place to myself. Its a really tranquil place and the cat is welcome though she'd have to keep herself to herself... Rent is £70/wk plus £10 council tax (even tho I'm exempt, still have to pay for the house rather than me) and bills are divided equally. Hmm....
The other place is nearer to the city centre, and is a one bed apartment. Cat is welcome. The kitchen is fully kitted out and there are some shabby leather sofas in the living room, but other than that it's unfurnished. Nice big back garden, double glazed, only prob is it has those economy storage heaters as opposed to central heating. Meh. The building is owned by an agent as opposed to private landlord, and there is a £150 admin fee before I move in, then rent is £85/wk.

What do I dooooooooo?!!?!?!
